This vibrant city is home to one of Northwest College’s beauty school campuses. Our Beaverton campus is conveniently located just east of the MAX line at The Round. This location has more than 10,500 square feet of education space fully equipped for hands-on learning. Our Beaverton campus offers our full range of programs, including Hair Design, Nail Technology, Esthetics, and more. It’s a great place to start your education in beauty!

Cosmetology
Dive deep into the world of beauty and master the art of transforming looks. This program covers hairstyling, skincare, nail art, and so much more!
Hair Design
Learn the techniques to style, cut, and color with precision and creativity. If your passion lies in hairstyling and color, this specialized program could be a great fit for you.
Barbering
Master the art of men's grooming, from classic cuts to modern styles. Traditionally, a barbering program focuses on short hair styles, so you can create stunning shaves.
Esthetics
Enhance beauty by understanding skin care, treatments, and makeup techniques. Facials, waxing, and makeup are all things you can learn in this program.
Nail Technology
From manicures to intricate nail art, become an expert in nail care. If you love painting the small details, you may love a future as a nail technician.
Teacher Training
Empower the next generation by becoming a certified instructor. This program is only available to those already licensed in the beauty industry.
Eyelash Certification
Master the art of eyelash extensions and transformations. This short program is a great way to add additional services to your book.
What’s Waiting For You at Our Beaverton Campus
Our Beaverton campus has over 10,500 square feet of educational space for students. The Beaverton facility now also features computerized testing to help prepare you to sit for the state board exams.
Walk into our Beaverton facility, and you’ll find the newly remodeled nail room featuring three new massage pedicure spa chairs. You’ll also see all new modern artwork in the space, along with three nail stations. This space is excellent for clients visiting the student salon and a great place for aspiring nail technicians to develop their skills.
In the esthetics wing of the building, students work in five treatment rooms performing facials, chemical peels, body wraps, and microdermabrasion services. A beautiful fountain adds to the calm, tranquil environment where clients can relax as students work to refresh and renew their skin. It feels just like walking into a spa!
Beaverton also has a brand new Barber Corner for barbering students and their clients. The space has an authentic barbershop feel, complete with a lighted, spinning barber pole.
The school has client parking to ensure a regular flow of salon clients for guided hands-on practice under the supervision of licensed instructors. We actively advertise our student salon services to attract a diverse salon clientele. Our clients help students build their skills and confidence while meeting the client’s hair, skin, and nail needs.

Yes! There is ample free parking for both students and clients at our Beaverton campus.
Yes! We welcome salon clients to our student salon. Our students will perform your service under the supervision of a licensed instructor. It’s an excellent way for our students to refine their skills and build confidence in working with clients. Call our front desk team for a full list of our salon services and to book your appointment.
Beaverton is a vibrant community, so students will find plenty to do here before and after classes. We’re just a few minutes from Beaverton Town Square, where you’ll find grocery stores, great restaurants, and excellent coffee shops. Many of our students take breaks at the local parks, like Cedar Hills or Center Street Park. We highly recommend checking out some of the local restaurants during Restaurant Week, happening in Beaverton every fall.
We have classes starting all year long! We accept new students continually and can help you choose a start date that works for your schedule. Make an appointment with an admissions representative to learn more about our enrollment process and start dates.
We have around 100 full-time students at the Beaverton campus. It’s a great student community that focuses on supporting each other during this learning journey!
