Get More One-on-One Experience
We teach nail tech in small groups of students, so you can get more one-on-one instruction to help build and refine your skill set. Our instructors also use group teachings and discussions to help you build a foundation of knowledge. Then you have an opportunity to work on real clients under the supervision of your licensed instructors, so you can learn how to meet client needs and build your confidence as a nail technician.
Nail Technology Program FAQs
Our nail technology training covers 281 clock hours of instruction. Students can complete this training in as little as two months, depending on their schedule, attendance, and start date. At the end of your training, you can sit for the state exam. After sitting for the exam, you could be ready to enter the industry and start your new career.
Yes, financial aid is available to those who qualify. We are accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts and Sciences (NACCAS). This means our curriculum is held to strict standards, so you can be confident in the education and training you receive. It also means you can access certain federal educational grants and loans, if qualified, to help pay for your education. Talk to our financial aid department to learn more about your options.
Yes! We offer both day and evening schedules to help you fit your beauty education around your busy schedule. Many of our students have to maintain their commitment to work, family, and school while undergoing their training, and this flexibility makes it possible. You can talk to an admissions representative to learn more about your scheduling options.
Yes! We love welcoming new clients into our simulated salon environment. Your nail service may be performed by one of our students while under the supervision of a licensed instructor. As thanks for helping our students refine their skills, you can get your nail service at an affordable rate. Call our front desk to schedule an appointment or to learn about our other salon services.
Enrollment and Admissions Requirements
If you are dreaming about a career in nails, we can’t wait to meet you! Contact our admissions representatives to schedule a campus tour and start the enrollment process for our nail tech training today.
To begin the enrollment process, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have proof of completion of high school or its equivalent (such as a GED)
- Complete the school admissions forms and informational tour
You must also supply a state-issued ID and a social security card. Other information and a $100 registration fee may be required to secure your spot in the course. Talk to your admissions representative for more details.
