With licensure in hair design, you could go on to have an exciting career as a:

Hair designers can also work in spas, salons, hotels, and even cruise ships.
Hair Design School FAQs
This course is shorter than a traditional cosmetology program, as the course’s primary focus is hair and not skin and nails. Because of this, students can complete the course in as little as ten months. We offer both day and night courses, and your completion date will depend on your chosen schedule. You can speak to an admissions representative to learn more about your scheduling options and potential start date.
Yes! We’re accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts and Sciences (NACCAS). This means our courses are held to rigorous standards, so you can be confident in the education and training you receive. It also means our courses are eligible for federal financial aid, giving you more options for paying for your beauty education.
Yes, financial aid is available for those who qualify. We encourage all prospective students to fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) to learn more about their federal financial aid options. You may also be eligible for private scholarships, grants, and low-interest loans. Speak to a member of our financial aid team to learn more.
No. The hair design course exclusively covers men’s and women’s hair styling. Our cosmetology course expands on this by offering skincare and nail technology training. We recommend taking the full cosmetology course for the most flexible career training.

Booking a campus tour is the best way to learn more about your chosen course! You’ll meet with an admissions representative who will show you around the campus, including the classrooms and salon environment. You can also meet some of our experienced instructors and see our classes in action! It’s also an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about your financial aid options. Our team can also help you start the enrollment process.
Admissions requirements include:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma, or its equivalent (GED), or a transcript showing high school completion
- Complete a tour of the school and fill out application paperwork
- Pay the $100.00 registration fee
